Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes, of;

– 6 Power clean (45kg/70kg)

– 10m Handstand walk

Scaling options for handstand walks would be 20 shoulder slaps, 1 rep counts as a tap from the left and right hand or walk climbs
