WOD

“Row Row Row your goat”

4 Rounds for time

– 30 seconds of all out, max effort rowing

– 5, 10, or 20 reps of your august goal depending on what your goal is

For example; If your August goal is muscle ups you would pick 5, if your goal is overhead squats pick 10, etc
