Working hard!

Today the guys and girls at CrossFit Central Manchester will be put to the Olympians test! Battling it out for the title of fittest in the gym by completing a combination of skill tests and workouts.

Here’s what they got up to on Friday!


Heaviest set

– 1 Front squat, 2 Jerks



3 rounds for time of:

–     5 Front squats (45kg/75kg)

–     18 Pull-ups

–     5 Deadlifts (72.5kg/102.5kg)

–     18 Toes-to-bar

–     5 Push jerks (45g/75kg)

–     18 Hand-release push-ups
