1 minute on all five stations followed by 1 minutes rest, for 3 Rounds;

– Wall-ball (6kg/10kg)
– Sumo deadlift high-pull (25kg/35kg)
– Box jumps  (16″/20″)
– Push press (25kg/35kg)
– Row for calories
