In a 2 minute time frame, complete as many rounds as possible, of;

– 3 Power cleans (40kg/60kg)

– 3 Burpees

Alternate each time you complete a round until the 2 minutes  runs out.

(Rest 1 minute)

Complete for a total of 5 Rounds.
