Big Dave is heading off to start his new life in UGANDA (east Africa)! so it only seemed right to skip across the pond for today’s HELLO section to the continent and say;

Yesterday we took on Dave’s leaving do workout here’s it is!

WOD

As a team of 7, 2 people must complete one section either the 50,40, or 30 of each movement. The 20’s are completed by 1 person. The pairs do not have to stay the same throughout they can be mixed up.
