Skill 1

Co-ordination and accuracy skills

– Ball and bucket

You will stand 3 meters away from the target. Using an under arm action only you will attempt to throw the ball into the bucket, with one hand then the other. If you miss with one hand , you cannot alternate hands until a successful repetition has been completed with that hand.  A successful rep is every time a ball lands in the bucket. A rep will not count if the ball hits the floor and bounces into the bucket. You have 1 minute to complete as many reps as possible.

AMRAP in 7 minutes, of;

– 30 Double unders

– 15 Push ups
