10 sets, 3 reps at 75% of your 1 rep max

– Back squats

WOD

4 Rounds for time of;

– 3 unbroken Front squats 75% of your 1 rep max

– 15 Burpees

Additional points

– There is no time cap just get the work completed!

– The front squat must not be dropped or re-racked until all 3 reps have been completed. The barbell can be taken from the squat rack and does not have to start from the ground.
