The first month of the 2013 is already over! What goals will you be setting for February?

Goal day

Pick a goal to work on for February. Discuss with the trainer. It needs to be detailed and realistic.

For example;

If you do not have 3 chest to bar pull ups and 3 strict dips it would not be realistic to work on muscle ups.

Saying you want to work on back squats it too vague!

TEAM WOD

AMRAP in 6 minutes of;

– Deadhang

– Max Deadlift (40kg/60kg)

Person 1 will hang from the pull up bar whilst person 2 tries to complete as many deadlifts as possible. As soon as

person 1 drops off the bar, person 1 must stop doing deadlifts. High five and switch places, keep doing this until the 6

minutes is over.

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP in 6 minutes of;

–       Deadlift hold (40kg/60kg)

–       Max Toes to bar

Person 1 will hold the top of the deadlift position hips and knees must remain fully extended whilst person 2 tries to

complete as many toes to bar as possible. As soon as person 1 drops the bar person 1 must stop doing toes to bar. High

five and switch places, keep doing this until the 6 minutes is over.
