Heaviest weight for the complex;

– 1 Power snatch, 1 Hang power snatch, 1 Squat snatch

(For the lift to count you must not drop the bar until the complex is completed)

 

WOD

AMRAP in 8 minutes, of;

– 3 Snatch complex (37.5kg/57.5kg)

– 3 Wall climbs

(1 Power snatch, 1 hang power snatch and 1 Squat snatch  = 1 Snatch complex)
