2013 Open workout descriptions with Julie Foucher

WOD

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:

– 
40 Burpees

– 30 Snatches (20kg/35kg)

– 30 Burpees

– 30 Snatches (35kg/62.5kg)

– 20 Burpees

– 30 Snatches (45kg/75kg)

– 10 Burpees

– Snatch (54kg/95kg), as many reps as possible

 

BURPEE MARKER

Height of the burpee marker should be set at 6 inches from the tip of the index finger with the arm straight.
