– Spend 15 minutes breaking down the toes to bar and making improvements
– Burpee Box Jump – In the burpee the chest must touch the ground, followed by a two-footed jump onto the box.
You do not have to reach hip extension on the box, and you can step down. The movement is complete once you have step down or jumped down on the opposite side you started.
– 100 Toes to bar

– 5 burpee box jumps (20″/24″)
Knees to elbows or 200 ab-mat sit ups
