SKILL

– Spend 5 minutes on the Double under workshop followed by a 2 minute double under test!
How many double unders can you achieve in 2 minutes?
(Does not have to be consecutive double unders)

– Spend 15 minutes making improvements on the Clean and Jerk.

– 100 Double unders
– 5 Clean and Jerk (55kg/85kg)
– 75 Double unders
– 5 Clean and Jerk (50kg/80kg)
– 50 Double unders
– 5 Clean and Jerk (45kg/75kg)

Time Cap: 10 minutes

SCALING
Double unders – Singles 200, 150, 100
Clean and Jerk- Reduce weight.
If you are scaling, aim to complete the workout at 90-95% of your 1 rep max.
