Spend 15 minutes working technique on the push press with a PVC pipe and then warm up to the weight in the workout.

For the Double unders, if you are unable to complete it RXD it is better to scale down the number of reps for the double unders rather than scale down to singles.

WOD

In a team of 2, you go i go format

Athlete 1 complete 1 full round, followed by athlete 2.

5 Rounds EACH, (10 rounds in total) for time:

– 25 Push press (25kg/35kg)

– 50 Double-unders
