In a team of 5 complete the following
-1 Mile Run
-400 Double unders
No one in the team can begin the burpees until all the team are back from the run. The burpees can be broken down however the team wants but all athletes much participate in doing burpees.
In the Row portion of the workout, each athlete can only do between 10-15 pulls. They must then exit the rower and the next athlete starts. Continue to do this until the 3K is complete.
The fastest way to work through the row is to have one person rowing, two people either side holding the foot straps, one person at the front of the rower counting the pulls and one person at the back of the rower who is waiting to get on after the 10-15 pulls have been completed.
The Double unders can be broken down however the team wants but all athletes much participate in doing Double unders. Scale to 800 singles if needed.
