“Hardcore Mary”

-5 Strict HSPU

-10 Pistols

-5 Strict Pull-ups

SCALING

HSPU with ab-mat/  HSPU with x1 ab-mat and x1 15kg plate/ HSPU on a box (NO WALL CLIMBS)

Assisted pistols (band/ plate/ box etc)

Reduce the number of strict pull-ups/ Strict Ring Rows
