Yesterday we had Marylee from Malta come down for a visit and got a new personal best for Front squat!!

– Front squat

First set should be at least 80% of your 1 rep max

WOD

Death by;

– Front squat (40kg/60kg)

– KB swing (20kg/28kg)

On the minute every minute complete front squats and Kb swings. i.e on the 6th minute you would complete 5 front squats and 5 KB swings.
