10 sets of 3 reps at 80% of your 1 rep max

– Front squats


4 Rounds for time, of;

– 3 Unbroken Back squats (80% of 1 rep max)

– 4 Wall climbs

Additional points

– There is no time cap just get the work completed!

– The back squat must not be dropped or re-racked until all 3 reps have been completed. The barbell can be taken from the squat rack and does not have to start from the ground.
