3 minutes can be brutal!

Workshop

– Power clean technique work

WOD

4 Rounds of, AMRAP in 3 minutes;

– 5 Unbroken power cleans (40kg/60kg)

– 5 Burpees

(Rest 1 minute)

Additional notes

– If the cleans are broken there is a penalty of 3 additional burpees to be completed, for example 5 burpees goes up to 8 burpees.

– Re-gripping from the ground and dropping the bar is a foul and will result in a burpee penalty.
