– Clean and Jerk

WOD

10- 9- 8- 7- 6- 5- 4- 3- 2- 1

– Push Jerk (40kg/60kg)

1- 2- 3- 4- 5- 6- 7- 8- 9- 10

– Pull-ups

SCALING

– Jumping pull ups (double the amount)
