Work on your weakest movement and try to get some improvements.



In teams of 3 complete the following for time;

– 50 Deadlift (80kg/125kg)

– 60 Chest to bar pull ups

– 70 Cleans (60kg/80kg)

– 80 Pull ups

– 90 Snatch (35kg/60kg)

– 100 Toes to bar


(30 minute time cap)

– Only one bar to be used, only one person working at one time and everyone must complete at least one rep per movement. – The team must change their own weights for each movement but only once all reps have been completed when all team mates are present.


– The team must stay together, and cannot advance on to the next movement until all reps are completed from the previous movement.
