Work on your weakest skill

– Handstand push ups, pistols, pull ups

 

WOD

“Mary”

AMRAP in 20 minutes, of;

– 5 Handstand push ups

– 10 Pistols (alternating leg each time)

– 15 Pull ups

 

Scaling

Handstand push-ups  – 4 Wall climbs / Ab-mat/ Kneel on box, head touches ground

Pistols – Weight under heel/ Banded/ 20 Air squats

Pull-ups – Jumping pull ups/ Ring rows
