WOD

3 Rounds, 1 minute on each station, complete as many reps as possible on each station.

– Rope climb

– KB snatch (alternating arm each time) (16kg/24kg)

– GHD Sit-ups

– Yoke carry (100kg/140kg)

(Rest 1 minute)
